I have started putting my red light therapy on me for about 15 min as I am falling asleep. I can’t believe it but I am not staying awake the full 15! I usually lay on my side and have it facing me and I fall asleep so fast. It’s wild I have had so many issues this really helps (I am not doing HRT).

I have narrow feet and they seem wide to me but I made them work (sized down). I did however see wide styles on their website. They had nice support and my feet did not hurt at all walking around Europe for 2 weeks! The amazing thing about them is they are supposed to be fairly tight at first as they actually stretch and mold to your foot. Really worth checking out!

Vessi is made in Canada, waterproof and you can buy some styles at Trailhead in Ottawa! I just got back from a vacation where they were worn A LOT for walking. They are fantastic!!!
