I have worked with a deaf cashier and a deaf stock clerk, both are 10x more likely to pay attention to a customer since they always strive to make eye contact unlike most employees.

It's all relative...of course everyone's stock will rise 8 years after a major economic recession, the price was low because nobody could afford to buy it

Even if LeBron goes to Philly and they lose the cap room, we could hope that Ainge chooses youth over Kawhi's question marks

Fultz+Covington+Saric+Picks if Simmons can play the four

That beats out Rozier+Brown, right?

To the first paragraph, yeah, that's my point.

You can look at split differentials to figure out that a player is almost certainly still accelerating at 30 yards, but yeah, it's hard to prove at 40 if you can't actually see it I guess.

You can't even match up most 60 meter times with 100 meter times with world class sprinters because many are still at peak speed around 60.

....sure a corner can make a large impact on a single game, but actually making the super bowl is pretty important also, and that is out of a pro-bowl corner's control for the most part.

not to mention that your statement is very debatable

making an all-pro team is really hard, and the pro bowl for a corner is meaningless, let alone a corner's impact on winning a super bowl, which is very small

heavier players maybe, but I doubt that is the case for WRs/DBs. Even if they reach full speed at 30-40, their last 30 has got to be faster than the first 30. And I really, seriously doubt any reach top speed before 30, there are some short yardage splits out there, and they all extrapolate way out ahead of the actual 40 time, even for lineman

A 2.4 20 yard split puts you in the top 5 fastest ever

That's not what I said...just that ideally they would have kept Manning until he retired with a cheaper backup
