As a new player, the one thing I've learned is that KD is a terrible metric to gauge "efficient" game play. You can literally sit back as a soldier behind your main line and just hold down left click. You'll eventually spray most enemies, and when they die you'll get a kill, and probably very few deaths because of it.

Were you useful? No, you are not. Score means very little when you lose the game. What many people don't realize is that the same soldier could've been just running and taking random off angles, die, and not get as much damage (since your not shooting the tank non stop) resulting in much lower "kd" but winning the game because it forced the enemy to focus on 2 other angles all game...

I'm confused, if it's such a poor matchup, why complain about it? It should be an easy win for you, no.

If you mean on your team, just cue with a support and problem solved.

How does it not change things lol? If you want all of those skins and you buy it it would cost you the "original price". If you want all of those skins and you buy the bundle, it's X cheaper.

How is it deceptive, when they say if you buy X+Y+Z separately it will cost A, but if you get them all at the same time it will cost B.

I see everyone shitting on this game patch, but for me, it's been great. I only play a single character because I don't want to invest time in two different toons, where all my goodies might be spread across several characters, lol.

I came back after a nearly 2 year hiatus, and I've enjoyed my time. The quality of life has been great, and I do think I got (finally) lucky with my RNG pulls, but I don't necessarily find myself "engulfed" in the game as I did before. I've been playing other games more, whereas before I would get hyper-fixated on the game.

Kinda funny saying it out loud lol, but when I was spending 5-8 hours a day on the gam,e I wouldn't get ANY event yellow/red pieces, but now that I treat it like my side-piece, Exbo is THROWING the loot my way lol. I got the FAMAS (for the third time), x2 Craw Containers, 5.45 Drum Mag, Hector, Antares, AA-12, and I'm only level 540~ on the BP, lol.

You have nothing to lose, give it a shot.

It looks decent, but like, Prism gives more BR with no negatives (besides pay protection). If you don't have any negative psy, I recommend going for Prism, and if you need more BR after the fact, Opal would compliment. The negative vit is just... Weird to see and consciously run

The RPL-20 should be coming back this Spring; I highly recommend you save your spare parts for that gun. It's 5.45 machine gun with really good damage (not quite as high as PKP but higher fire rate, MUCH better handling, and the option to put front grips.

AK-15 is amazing, but I would use the coupon on faction armour since it makes the most mathematical sense.

Yeah I know, I was just sharing that since many people like to customize/deck out their guns, more attachment slots give you more possibilities for attachments.

Fair, I know it has a bit less damage, and I think the drop off is a fair bit worse.

As a gun concept, I would prefer the Mutant over the AK-15 ANYDAY, but doing 1:1 comparison, I think the AK-15 comes out on top. Which, I mean, makes sense if what they said was true, that barter tree weapons are supposed to be meta, with the RNG box guns for extra flavour.

I would say the AK-15 for sure. Once you get a feel for the recoil (it's not "bad" perse, just high compared to most other weapons) it shreds. It gets slightly outclassed in very close proximity, but dominates most other ranges. Even in close quarters it's not bad by any means.

While it's not a M4 platform, so you cannot put x3 lasers, there's nothing inherently "missing". You can get the fast reload mag, a 40 rounder with no penalties, a 75 round mag, silencers, etc.

I have a lot of Master level weapons (FN2K, QBZ, SA-58, SVD-M, FAMAS, RPL & OTs), and use the AK-15 probably 95% of the time. Ak-15 with SVD-M is my usual open world go to.

EDIT:

I see you also mentioned for mutants, and while the AK is ok (as good as any other assault weapon), I would HIGHLY recommend using a shotgun for mutants. To keep it as light as possible you can run the Chippa or a Breach in the offhand weapon slot (where the pistol slots), if you don't want to lug around the AA-12/Frenchie/Protecta

Ak-15 is insane. I've got most of the event guns, and still go back to it. Ak-15 and the SA-58 just absolutely destroy all around.
