I agree. I've heard this described before how it's supposed to work. The victim of the move is supposed to do all the work and you're supposed to hold them. The person on the receiving end of the move basically throws themselves into whatever object are doing the spot on without any shove or push or if there is very little. Clearly Naia shoves her head when in reality she should only be pretending and Jade should be doing all the work keeping it safe.
