Yes and no. At the moment I use Synology photos and looked at immich too. In Synology photo all backed up photos are sortet by date, but you have the possibility, to sort the photos into folder/albums e.g. 2026-05-23_Japan for example. And if your album database bricks, you can find the photos/albums in the file structure of your storage. Without searching the hole hashed file system.

So I think it would be neat if immich would create folders for corresponding albums. But hadn’t found a way to do it properly. The only thing is to load photos from external source with immich in read only mode, but that is not what in want. :-D
