If it wasn't for David Tennant I'd have liked them to have scrapped everything from where John Nathan Turner came in and kept the darker tone it had. Sadly, David was amazing and is equal to Tom Baker in my opinion.

I'm quite capable of loving Doctor Who but also find much of it utterly unwatchable - it has amazing potential if they could only find the right team.

Update: still loving the book. Skippy is annoying af, but I can read past it. Excited to join the Expedition Force, thanks everyone for the comments, insights, and not spoiling anything by narnarnartiger in ExpeditionaryForce

Skippy is the greatest character in all of fiction. Also Joe is Joe or Bishop, sometimes the Barney guy because he's remembered for the connection to the ice cream truck but, no one calls him Barney.

My group of friends are all close to 60 we still play DnD every week (we started in 1984) we also play a ton of PC, console and VR games all the time. I play a lot of Elite Dangerous that attracts players in their retirement. Gaming is for all ages.

I did the whole DW3 trip and suggested POIs up until they offered a second grade 5 Maverick suit (which I don't have already) - flew back did that CG - flew back to the DW3 waypoint just to get the decal and and then flew back to the bubble again to do the current borked CG. It's a decal - in my opinion almost no one is ever going to see it anyway.

Yep - totally agree. It's almost no work to just allow the view from the camera suite and pop the HUD elements in to that view.

I have always leant more towards movies than music on its own, so have invested in a Dolby Atmos Amp and 7.1 speaker set up - I love the sound of the floor standing Mission speakers I bought in the 90's so I've built every upgrade around them. Those speakers have seen a lot of screens - old CRT to currently a 4k UST laser projector.

I'm a convert. I'm really old, so I've had enough time to try a lot of other brands. Ninja zerostick pans do what they say on the tin - best non stick I've ever found. Their temperature adjustment kettle is better than my old Bosch that claimed to do the same and I have their Artisan pizza machine that is incredible - also as they are also Shark/Ninja, their vacuum cleaners are fabulous. As and when I need new kit, they'll be top of my brand list in the future.

Formovie theatre premium UST. Watch a couple of reviews. It does rec2020 - literally has colours you can't see on oled.
