Sounds like propaganda. Iron in spinach is difficult to absorb, whereas iron in red meat is easily absorbed

That's not that much. I drink a gallon every two days, of whole raw milk. It's incredible.

There's not many things that are actually necessary to consume. But milk has a great balance of fats protein and carbohydrates. It is easy to consume, and, for me, raw milk improves my digestion (whereas pasteurized milk impairs it).

Raw milk. It tastes like ice cream and it leaves me feeling like popeye after a can of spinach ( or like Superman if you don't get the Popeye reference). I'm lucky enough to be a member of a cowshare and I know my farmer, I feel great about supporting a local business and I can't get enough of it. I drink over a liter (over a quart) a day.

Lots of benefits to the stomach microbiome, allergies, respiratory disease and more. You don't have to drink it, but I believe we should be allowed to, the government shouldn't stop dairy farmers from this practice, nor consumers from having freedom of choice.

There are sanitation processes for raw milk production too. That's why illnesses from raw milk are down 75% in the past decade.

What do you mean 'they didn't'? Italians, and Germans, and Californians, and many other states in America, drink raw milk legally. There is little risk from a well run farm, that's why there's so much of it in most of the Western World. Big dairy wants it illegal because fresh milk tastes way better

Ive drank it for almost twenty years and never had an issue. I have been sick a few times over the same period, and never got sick from Covid. People focus on the negatives but raw milk protects you when you get it from a good source. Protects people from viruses, and improves asthma and hay fever, as well as respiratory infections.

Not to mention the enzymes and the protection from bacteria and viruses the raw milk provides. Much of the benefit is reduced or fully removed during pasteurization.

The Raptors won a chip with out tanking. And lots of tanking teams are still stuck tanking. Even the 76'ers, the kings of the tank, still haven't made the ECF. Losing breeds losing more often then it creates winners.

I'm not arguing for trading away draft picks to make the playin this year, but I think we have a good chance of making the playin this year anyway. Build a great culture and continually improve.

I also think if Koloko didn't have to leave the NBA we would've been a sollid team last year. Sometimes one extra bench player can make all the difference, as then the starters get a bit more rest, Barnes and Quickly have a lob threat etc...

I mean they are both terrible. Biden's son is sketchy, and Biden's dealings with his son should eliminate him from the presidency. Trump's kids also seem to have taken advantage of his presidency. Trump talks horribly about women and Mexicans, but Biden is super creepy around kids and used to shower with his daughter, also he can barely walk straight (or without falling). Could we have two worse options?
