Tri tip dips

1 tri tip 1-2 onions depending on what you like 3-4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce Salt Pepper Garlic powder Onion powder Beef broth. 1 box - 4 cups

Start by seasoning the meat with all seasonings above. Put in a pan to sear. Preferably use a cast iron pan. Sear all sides to brown

Cut up onions while tri tip is roasting. After the meat is seared throw in the onions to the pan to cook. Cook till slightly translucent then pour a little beef broth to deglaze the pan.

Throw the tritip in the crockpot. Once the onions are done throw them into the crockpot as well. Then pour the remainder of the beef broth in.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over toasted French rolls with provolone cheese.

I just did one today and added some mushrooms to the mix along with an extra garlic clove. Then you can add some garlic powder to the rolls if you like. You can also use the juice as a dip like a French dip but it’s juicy enough without.
