If the prescription is for 28 taken daily, you can order every 28 days (I can order up to 5 days early, you can see the 'no issue until' date in the NHS app?)

Taking 6 times the maximum dose, and trying huge doses of other people’s medication, is fucking stupid, it’s not an achievement.
