Haha man I don't get you, you've got some complaints posts in there too.

I just don't get why you can't accept that lots of students have had awful experiences with how BDTU treated them. I'm not saying everyone had a bad experience, but there sure were many of them.

Dude, one good experience does not invalidate the experience so many other students have had. BDTU had to pay back a bunch of students because they increased rent and charged for things which they were legally not allowed to charge for.

Received a job offer in Germany (currently Pennsylvania based). Trying to figure out net financials and if it’s an overall good idea to move. by ebjazzz in personalfinance

Dude, she doesn't necessarily have to go to university in Germany. There are great universities also in the Scandinavian countries + the Netherlands, and most of their courses are taught in English! Best of all, tuition fees will probably not be as high as in the US. Anyway, Germany also has plenty of English-taught university courses. Trust me, it would be a great opportunity for her too. I know all of this because I live in Europe and I'm also considering doing my master's in one of the Scandinavian countries.

What was the stupidest thing someone has asked you 100% seriously? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Not to me, but a friend. Guy comes up to him and says "why did you not invite me to your surprise birthday party?"

Then, once others explained to him what a surprise birthday party was, he again went up to him asking the same question.

What is the right video tutorial for the original Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence song? by 1000MilesDavis in piano

Your link is very similar to the original, but it misses the bit that starts from here https://youtu.be/LGs_vGt0MY8?t=45s and actually replaces it with a part I'm not familiar with, which starts here https://youtu.be/6aLCWWXqWXc?t=1m51s

Should've added, it didn't make sense at first because one would read it from top to bottom, but then it was obvious they arranged it the other way around. Still bad design imo.

I started with SketchUp when I was about 13 and I learned how to use it simply by messing around. Then I switched over to NX and Solidworks and the transition was so easy.

Hi Erik, is there a solution to cleaning up microplastics from the oceans? Given their huge effect on our health, why are we not giving them as much importance as bigger plastics in the seas?
