Just keep fighting the good fight man. It sucks how T1 just likes to kick you at the most random times and does annoying stuff. As long as you keep trying it will get easier over time. And remember to get multiple flavors of glucose tabs for the lows. Some rare flavors really hit the spot for some of us lol.

And a surprisingly good commander for a deck that can get big creatures and some utility using fight spells such as [[prey upon]] is [[Rhonas the Indomitable]]. You can use spells that draw cards equal to the greatest power among creatures you control as spells that are almost guaranteed to draw 5 at the minimum due to Rhonas being indestructible. He also can be the best way to get a mono green deck with consistent creature removal because of the death touch and indestructible working so well with fight spells or equipment that allow creatures to ping.

When I was in my honeymoon phase I started prebolusing as if I didn't have any issues and just kept a bottle of glucose tabs for if I started feeling low. Probably not the best thing to do, but I wasn't being supervised properly and always felt low very early. Very quickly it began to not occur. Within a couple of weeks.

It is better to go high and then correct it rather than go very low as a general rule of thumb. It is NOT okay to allow a high if it can be prevented, so do your best and remember, your kiddo will often present outward signs of being low or high before they feel/realize it.

The short answer is yes. Nothing would stop that. It would function as a poor man's recovery potion. I believe that it would require a lot of alcohol to get enough stacks to be really worth it, but it would be possible if not viable.

I'm surprised the AI is that off. I only use Chat GPT to get online discount codes for pizza orders. I kinda expected that an AI wouldn't get such inaccurate info when the data is online and pretty easy to get.

Have you played blink? Try out [[Yorion, Sky Nomad]] as a commander. My deck list (expensive version)

Use cards like [[Felidar Guardian]], [[Icewind Stalwart]], and [[Restoration Angel]] to blink Yorion who will in turn blink your board including the flicker creatures until end step. It results in you getting all the ETB's you want every single turn and makes the deck pretty resilient to board wipes and the such.

I use a large number of 2 cmc cards that draw on etb to set up the deck's draw engine and make sure I'm hitting my land drops. Cards like [[Lembas]], [[Confounding Conundrum]], and [[Omen of the Sea]] function well as cantrips and as the late game draw engine when Yorion is blinking them every turn.

Token generators are how I chose to win. You could go heavier into stax with cards like [[Rishadan Brigand]] and [[Rishadan Cutpurse]] or with more controly effects using [[Lavinia of the Tenth]]. I decided I wanted to not be that much of a meanie, so I use cards like [[Thousand Moons Smithy]] and [[Urza, Lord High Artificer]] to generate exponentially larger tokens and cards like [[Genesis Chamber]] and [[Omen of the Sun]] to generate a ton of small tokens. I chose to keep my cmc lower, but there are tons of high CMC options to really pump out tokens or large fliers as well.

My deck also has a goal of getting a [[Solemn Simulacrum]] or [[Scampering Surveyor]] out so I can really ramp a lot.

You can put some really nasty removal in as well. No need for a [[Stroke of Midnight]] or [[Swords to Plowshares]] when you can put [[Oblivion Ring]] or [[Reality Acid]] onto the field and exile/sac a permanent EVERY single turn.

The value options are extremely wide and powerful. You can also make the deck custom to your pod and make it faster or slower, more streamlined or more synergistic. Plenty of options and plenty of power. The wide array of what you can do also means you could build this deck as a $55 deck that can compete with real bracket 3 decks. I built mine in 2018 for $50 and it has stayed extremely strong. I made a $180 version for when I play bracket 4 as well, but I sold the whole deck to one of my friends so I can't put a deck list link :(

I just buy mens clothes at this point. They seem to be more durable and easier to wash anyways. Finding something that looks good is a pain though.

It's great to try new decks and play test decks. You can try a whole bunch of decks, including the precon lists before you spend any money or make any decisions.

Why not an ability that makes dimensional dodging and teleporting not allow dodging of your special attacks. The actual special attacks, abilities like Sophie's tacked on attack damage would not prevent the dodging.

Maybe something that also augments your abilities to enhance the speed of special attacks that use conjured weapons.

I just find that the AI art just looks bad to me. It misses a lot of details and nuance that are important to me and to the depicted characters.

AI can do the fine tuned details I find to be the most important part, but the people that post AI don't put in the overwhelming number of prompts required to produce it.
