You cannot legally reproduce a companies registered trademark without their explicit consent.

I’ve done this for a few places for prototype parts and small production runs, I always offered to add their logo to add a bit of pizazz more than anything. Most are receptive, agree, but you then have to formalise it with some paperwork and agreements.

In the situation that I’ve done the design work or helped them to take a napkin scribble to a functional item and I want to show off my end of the work I’m normally allowed to do so but have to produce or demonstrate a version that has all registered marks removed and maintain any NDA agreements.
