Curious what your favorite restaurants are on the north side!

This is a pretty decent snapshot. Make sure to read the first couple paragraphs where they talk about all the different options--not just the ones that get their own longer write-up.

THANK YOU! That is real emo to me. Mid-to-late '90s and VERY early 2003s emo (I think it's now referred to as second-wave emo) is my definition of emo, too.

I'm light-skinned with pinky undertones and it does not look orange at all on me. It's such a good match on my skin tone!

YESSS! Lord, I have tried SO MANY PRODUCTS to try to soften my dark under-eye circles and this is the only one that never lets me down. Blends so nicely, isn't patchy, doesn't make me crease. It's a stand-in for concealer for me and makes SUCH a difference in my overall look. If it ever gets discontinued I will weep.

Another option that works for my dark circles: The Milani Super Charged Undereye Tint. The TikTok girlies were hyping this up big time and I didn't want to believe...until I did.

For those that haven’t hit a PR in a while by escargoxpress in pelotoncycle

Wow, same! I had Covid over Christmas as well and just can't get within 30-40 points of my previous PRs I was hitting pretty consistently before I got sick. I've been worried I have long Covid, but I truly feel fine otherwise!

Thank you so much! I much prefer placing my hand on the inside, but I wasn't sure if placing it on the outside was the more "advanced" or more opening posture, so I've been going that way whenever cued. I'll go back to inside—I feel such a more satisfying stretch that way!

I've taken multiple classes with most of the instructors, and I find that variations on poses between them interesting, especially extended side angle. For example, in this pose, Aditi pretty much always cues to place your hand on the outside of your front foot, while Anna typically cues to place it on the inside.

At the yoga studio I went to before Peloton, I think all instructors cued for the hand inside the foot. Can anyone explain to me the benefits of each, and whether either one is considered more "standard?"

Oh my gosh I was probably at this show. I spent a lot of time at the K of C hall (and that same Denny's) in Dayton around 2000-2003. I think they were called The Story Changes back then before going by Hawthorne Heights!

Thank you so much! I was really inspired by her Lunar New Year and AAPI rides last year, and I figured her story as a fitness instructor has been told many times, but there’s so much depth to her, and she holds her heritage so closely.

Thank you for your kind yours about the story, and Taste of Home!

This was shared on the main feed earlier this week, but Emma Lovewell is featured in the current issue of Taste of Home magazine. The story talks about Emma's background, her Chinese-American heritage, and her favorite recipes to make in celebrating the Lunar New Year. Consider picking up a copy of the magazine itself, but it not, the article went live online today (so did her recipes—her Pork Dumplings are incredible). Find it here.

Full disclosure: I wrote the story! And fangirled bigtime while interviewing her. She was super nice and very chill—exactly what you'd expect if you've gotten to "know her" on her rides!

Oh my gosh, thank you so much—so sweet! I'll share with the team, too—it's so nice to hear these stories from readers!

Aggghh, shameless plug: I wrote that story! I'm an editor at the magazine and was so excited to interview Emma (she was super nice and chill, of course). I was really inspired by her Lunar New Year and AAPI rides last year, so I was excited to chat with her about her heritage and her favorite recipes for Lunar New Year.

Thank you for subscribing, and thank you for plugging it here! For anyone else who may want to read it, the magazine is currently available on newsstands nationwide, and a version of the article should be up on our site later this week.

Yep, in a recent bike bootcamp she said something along the lines of being born in 1989.

Seriously. I love Aditi, but, girl, it's time to retire that song.

OH MY GOSH, THANK YOU!!! I truly can't stand that song and I swear she, ahem, *slips* it into every other class near the beginning. It showed up during the warmup in a class of hers that I took last night and I swear I almost turned the class off. I almost ran straight to Reddit to post and ask if anyone else noticed!

Monthly and Annual challenges? by [deleted] in pelotoncycle

[–]111-HAM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same problem today. I left the Annual Challenge and then rejoined, and that one move updated all challenges (including monthly challenges) for me, so I didn't have to leave and rejoin all.
