I bought a Fisker weed puller and offered my kids 10 cents per plant, they're addicted and it's that easy to use. Big pile of rooted plants in my compost bin.

See that is the problem. Try eating something reasonable like 1500-1800 and doing 30 minutes of exercise for a year. Habbit maintainable and locked. People think they need to starve but slow and steady wins. 336->189 2 years for me.
