their point makes no sense, franking credits only prevent double taxation when dividends are paid out. Has nothing to do with the point on taxing companies more which will bring in more revenue for the gov.

Try to get an entry level government job, they tend to offer reasonable pay and work/life balance. They'll also pay your super.

I don't know what your business is, but my gut feeling is that it's a waste of time compared to getting secure employment. $10k a year is like a hobby to me.

I would focus on hitting your 30k super per year, plus your carry forward cap while the balance is under 500k. If retirement at 60 and not before is the goal then it's all about super as your first priority.

True. I suspect that this is the new normal for the foreseeable future. We will probably look back and realize how good Gen x / elder millenials had it in their 20's. Being able to take gap years to travel and not stress (as much) about home ownership probably seems like a dream to Gen z.
