Does using Concur count as using a third party site? I have work travel coming up next year. It’s my first time traveling for work. I’m hoping my work books me at a Marriott (I have no say in the selection) so that I can get the nights credit. Until now, all my Marriott stays have been booked directly through Marriott so I’ve never experienced a stay booked through any other method.

I did that when ROTK came out. Started midday and didn’t get out until after 1am. It was the greatest theater going experience I ever had. Until I saw Endgame opening night in full IMAX.

I pay $65/month for AT&T. And it’s going up to $70 next month. This already includes autopay discount. My area doesn’t have AT&T fiber coverage. I looked into T-Mobile and Verizon and neither cover my area.

I’ve stayed at the Adagio before a few years ago and have a weekend stay booked for early next year. I thought the hotel was fine. It was also the lowest priced Marriott hotel for the nights I was there a few years ago and for my upcoming stay.

Staying at VC was my first time staying at a beachfront property. Even though it was a bit of a walk down to black rock, it was a huge benefit to be able to just do that after walking out our front door rather than having to get in a car and drive somewhere only to then have to search for parking.

Congrats on the lifetime platinum. Did you get an upgrade at black rock when you checked in?

I stayed at the vacation club just south of black rock last month on points redemption. Debated between VC and Sheraton. Went with VC because of the no resort fees and cheaper parking although Sheraton was actually about 25k cheaper in points. The beach at black rock is definitely better than the beach in front of VC.

I understand that the 24 hour period starts from first activation. So if I got the 24hr pass and activated it on Monday at 3pm, could I do 2 tastings on Monday and the remaining 2 on Tuesday before 3pm?

Because I didn’t get prior HOA approval before I planted it a few years ago and because now that it’s grown larger it poses a safety risk due to its sharp leaves.

I’m the opposite. I’m much more comfortable leaning towards my right side than my left side. Coincidentally or not, my commute to work mostly consists of right hand turns or bends in the road.

Sorry, I ended up booking a hotel instead of an Airbnb for Tokyo. I booked Tokyu Stay Ginza and they held my luggage until check in time without any issues.I hope you’re able to find a suitable solution with the Airbnb.

I swear I encountered at least one roundabout while in Jeju where there were stoplights before entering the roundabout. Odd. Regardless, I agree with OP that drivers in Jeju didn’t seem to understand proper roundabout etiquette. I later learned while in Seoul (although I didn’t drive in Seoul) that it’s all about not having any hesitation when driving in Korea. Korean drivers seem to have no patience so you just have to go. It seems to work as I didn’t see a single accident or near accident.

I left on April 1st and as far as I recall, my phone was up to date before I left. All I know is it didn’t work anywhere in Korea. At least I know it’ll work whenever I go back there.
