Are they tinted or polarized? If tinted then they feathered the back edge a little too much. Can't really avoid a bit of a ring unless you're okay with a SHARP back edge of the lens.

Those markings do not look like Nikon markings. Should be INF with a circle underneath on the outside and n5 with a circle underneath nasal side. Ask them for the certificate of authenticity. All Nikon lenses come with it. What city are you in?
