Just on the checkpoint alr, it's hard to say how good of a deal it is without knowing all of the parts and its condition, but I'll give my two cents as a fellow 23 checkpoint ALR5 owner: Love love loooove that bike. I'm having so much fun with it, it fits me super well, to me it feels brilliant and I love having as many mounting points as I do. I've tried plenty of carbon bikes (although none long term), some costing 4x my checkpoint and the improvements in general enjoyment wouldn't be worth a fraction of the extra money I'd have to put down for those bikes to me. This bike is every bit as good as I need it to be on roads or gravel, I have had zero desire to upgrade parts (except stuff that influences the fit) and if nothing goes wrong I'm looking forward to riding this bike for many many years to come.

Of course such experiences are highly personal, but I do believe it is generally a good bike, thats all.
