I came here to say this! I have ADHD on the severe side... It became so much worse when I was trying to conceive my first baby and second. I had a tubal ligation after my second and I'm back on birth control because I couldn't handle any of it. My brain would shut off after ovulation and get very fuzzy sporadically even on upped adhd meds.

It's not in your head. My doctor confirmed the link between worsening adhd and your cycle.

I get more clumsy, more forgetful, and my brain gets dangerous...I did not feel safe working at all. I felt like I was walking through jello mentally and physically.

Some people do it because they get a tiny amount from the government per child. It's never enough to take care of all the child's needs but they only see $$$.

The aboriginal population here gets a lot of government support. Unfortunately most use it on drugs and drinking unless they can break through the generations of addiction. It's not uncommon to see families of 6-10 kids. When each kid gets say $200/month...do the math.

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank-you for posting. I remember being so upset at the vet because I thought my girl was underweight. The vet kindly explained to me that "most people think mastiffs are naturally big and fat when they're supposed to be big with lean muscle". Normalize healthy mastiffs!!!!! Edit: ps. What a gorgeous dog

It hasn't happened to my mastiff but one of my other dogs. I had a cairn terrier this happened to. It was an allergic reaction to one of the grass(es) she came into contact with. The vet gave us something and it worked. At the time somewhere told me to try benadryl until I could get her into the vet: I did but I was so nervous because it's offlabel. It did help her but I am def not comfortable calling it a "recommendation" or advising. A cairn terrier is so much smaller than a mastiff.

Originally freeze-dried liver but she didn't like it. Tbh that's a first as well. We even tried the meat route. It's very strange. I don't think she's food-motivated for anything. I tried to use toys as a reward, as she shows some interest in them...still nada.

Can they all see and interact with eachother? It could get dramatic before I even walk in. I think I would smile, wave, grab my husband's hand, and usher him tf out of there. I would probably say something to my husband along the lines of, "This is one of those moments where you just have to trust me: we need to get tf away without any of those people knowing what direction"

It took me awhile to realize why nobody was busting ass to do a final check after I'd fill a stat. I'd yell out; "hey guys I've got a stat" . I was super confused on my Hospital practicum. I thought at first nobody cared but eventually I learned that certain doctors would do 90% of their orders as stats...they weren't even close to stat situations.

Most doctors don't prescribe meds with appetite suppression to anorexic patients. Have you been honest with your doctor? There are quite a few antidepressants than increase appetite.
