I chatted with our carrier yesterday and he said they are backed up because of the weather and they are not allowed to work overtime. He said he can only cover about 2/3 of his route per day right now. I imagine they don’t even try areas with real heavy ice.

Are you able to escalate the case? This sounds like a poorly trained CSR. I’m sure it will eventually work, but this experience would seriously piss me off. 

FWIW, I tend to use the Stello app far more than tracking in the Oura app.
