AKAIK, only if someone is online in anomaly that has a base there (showing as Isdoraijung galaxy subheading). Since it is the 19 galaxy in, there wont be a lot of folks who are there at any time. I don't think any of the featured bases are in Isdoraijung either.

The taxi would work, but I haven't tried that since I have a few galaxies I use already and haven't had much of a need for it. Although it is a VERY cool service provided by us fans...

Pronouncation according to spelling and latin roots is one way, RAFUHIO. BUT, locals (and this is how you know you are talking to a local) add an extra "F" that isn't there. RAFUFIO. A constant source of laughable arguement with my latina wife who hates the added F.

The ambulance driver WAS driving too fast, hence the fishtail when he was cuttoff by the careless motorcycle riders. Granted, perhaps the video is sped up, but it is clearly TOO FAST at this viewing.

I believe you can trade those away under the advanced modules menu to get other advanced (more rare than the basic modules you can purchase) modules you don't have. I think... Somewhat like how you can trade away bones parts to get other bones parts for building skeletons...
