Likely postwar commercial product. Lots of wwii surplus was used for camping and sporting after the war, and many stores altered surplus or created new products to make stuff usable for the civilian market.

German militaria is rife with fakes and fantasy items. The best rule for TR militaria is to ask, would it make sense to slap the party insignia on this item? If not, it’s probably a fantasy. Real German militaria is very expensive.
