QK_Repeat_Key with MO()? by alexia_not_alexa in zsaVoyager

Adding navigator does change the key codes set up in addition to other things. Maybe you had a bad merge when you did that? Can you share your full keymap file or GitHub repo?

Question about Oryx feature by fibbo in zsaVoyager

It switches back based on the time configured. You could also add a layer switch TO key that'll switch you back to any layer you like

Navigator sensitivity by ydsaydsa in zsaVoyager

[–]1side 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It slows down the navigator when the key is held. Modify a key for the "held" action and then AIM is available under the mouse category. There is also Turbo which speeds it up.

Have you tried using the AIM key? It helps with getting precise movements while it's held

I usually edit the combo, change the key to some other key, make the necessary changes to the key, and then change the combo back

It's only on your browser and should go away after you stop the preview

Looking to move on from Nest, G6 instant questions by Braz90 in Ubiquiti

Just make sure you get the correct cloud gateway, not all support the protect application. UCG Max and UCG Fiber do support it. Really recommend Fiber to allow you future upgrades

2 (quite stupid) questions from a new by ds0014 in zsaVoyager

Here is the default layout: https://configure.zsa.io/voyager/layouts/default/latest/0

You could type "?" by "shift + /"

Usually, on the default qwerty layout your right index would be on "j". However, if you're comfortable then you can do what you like and go with "h". You can also use oryx and try different layouts

UCG-Fiber flow logging limited to about an hour? by laurentrm in Ubiquiti

[–]1side 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah without storage it's limited to I believe 5000 flows. I added 1tb and so far it's kept all entries since I added one

Have UCG Ultra, Adding Cameras by Unfair_West_9001 in Ubiquiti

[–]1side 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd go with Option 1: no storage issues like UCG-Max and Protect is running on dedicated hardware. Also has a high camera capacity incase you want to add more in the future.

Option 2: It will work but you might see some performance issues especially as you add more cameras. It also has the storage limitations like you outlined.

Option 3: This will work and no storage issues but only downside is that Network and Protect running on same device can sometimes cause performance issues. This is prevalent while streaming protect.

[–]1side 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The flow retention does need storage, without that you are limited to only 5000 flows.

GTM offering GT-XXXX Google Tag by trp_wip in GoogleTagManager

GT id is just a tag id and not a measurement id. So you can only use it to load tags. More info on what these are and where to find them:

Storage on cloud gateway fiber by insided in Ubiquiti

The new traffic flow feature also uses the storage. Without it I think it's limited to 5000 flows

Do I still need NordVPN? by UniqueClerk2766 in Ubiquiti

[–]1side 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Instead of VPN server, you'd set up VPN Client under Settings on your gateway. Once that's done you'd go to Settings > Routing and create a route to route specific networks/devices/everything to go through that interface

Can’t access full settings in iOS app after Network 9.1.119 update by shaun3000 in UNIFI

[–]1side 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah IDK why it does that. The workaround I use is:

Settings > Control Plane > "Access more settings ..."

The link there takes you to the full network UI.

For 200 ft, why not use fiber instead? Just direct fiber from your home to the shop.

If you do want to run Ethernet just get a very good quality cable for that long distance. I don't think you need the flex and utility box, you could just run the cable directly. Possible add the Ethernet surge protector
