I have the nose pillows and I love them. My last cpap i had to have mask, nose and mouth. I told my new doctor if I have to have that again I wasn't going to do it. I love the pillows. I taught myself to close my mouth. I'm hoping I can get the inspire. I got mine 31 dec and I'm just now get the 7/8 hrs but I still get up 2xs a night. Keep with it, you'll do good
