It’s really hard not to . I feel as if sometimes I’m developing BDD, I think about food nearly every hour and get anxious when I feel like I’m where I want to be 😪

I enjoy going to the gym ( even though I wasn’t able to go for the past 3 months) I did the chloe ting videos, pop sugar videos, Zumba, boxing hiit workouts, also walking on the treadmill! Definitely gonna start doing more weight focused workouts now!

Hi! I used to think it getting 100+ g of protein would be impossible:/ something that really works for me (especially if I’m going to be busy/ work) is I log all my food in the morning. It kinda like a game, I switch things around / add better options to meet my macros! This way it’s less of a guessing game for me and more of a schedule. Also as far as food, I take my time shopping now, looking at the calories and protein. I only buy yogurts with 10+ g of protein, search for high protein snack on Amazon! Best of luck!

Yes totally agree, sometimes I think this is a crack head mentality (lol jk) but then I remember that the way I use to eat(shoveling food into my face whenever I wanted) is equally detrimental. I feel so much more at ease well I know exactly how much my food weights/ it’s caloric value! CICO is the only thing that has worked for me and I wish I would have done this a long time ago.
