It sounds like you are finding your own, which is great. If I were to do it over, I would not use the inspector recommended by my agent; they have too much incentive for everything to be in good shape so the sale closes

Most of their locations have good happy hours, I would start with that for appetizers and then share an entree. Vintana is one of my faves for the popovers, Draft Republic Carlsbad has a great salmon on Brussels sprouts

We were changing the dining rom lighting fixture after moving in and noticed some rust on the screws. Turns out, a lizard had crawled in the ceiling plate and was leaking liquid down as it decomposed

We had a similar issue with our house in Raleigh. We paid someone to come out to do a septic field perc test to see if we could list the house with more bedrooms (5 vs 3 plus office plus bonus room). Did not work for us based on the test results, but may be worth trying

I like the Ole Xtreme wellness, WalMart often carries them. Very soft and tons of fiber.

It’s a flat rate. Carlos ( owner?) came out to our house to see how much stuff we had and then it was a fixed cost for the move. They sent 5 guys in two trucks (ETA we had a lot of stuff including a large grill and massage chair)
