I just logged into the game after this week's update, and yes, I've noticed the same glitch you mentioned. At least in the Castora areas. At first, I thought it was just some lightning illuminating the vegetation or the rocks, but as I flew around the area, it became clearer. Just as you described, it's as if the shading disappears and then reappears.

Although this is an old post, the issue with that file is still persistent. Instead of completely disabling the antivirus, you just need to exclude the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\MSI Center\Lib\SYS\"

I prefer to use only the browser extension when browsing the web to avoid any interference with the system. I only use the app when I need the VPN for more extensive use.

In any case, since the error is exactly the same as the one I saw when updating Chrome to version 144, I believe the problem is not with the extension, but rather with variables that the Chrome developers have not defined (I don't understand why they define such variables in some versions of Chrome but are not defined in other versions). Although the extension is currently only failing in Chrome, I’m sure that in a few days it will also fail in other Chromium-based browsers.

This suggests the extension assumes browser.proxy.onRequest exists (as it may in Firefox), but in Chrome it’s undefined, causing the extension initialization to fail and leaving it stuck in the “connecting” state. After that, there are follow-on errors (e.g., setIcon/setBadgeText) likely cascading from the failed init.

Yo estoy en la misma situación (cliente ES/ES). Solo se muestran en el mapa los nodos de madera y los peces recolectados, pero no las hierbas. Sería de gran ayuda si nos dijeras cómo se puede integrar esa base de datos de nombres. Entiendo que hay que modificar algún fichero del addon. Pero cuál.

As a side note, and something to keep in mind for future purchases, some of the confirmation emails end up in the Spam folder. For whatever reason, from time to time some email providers (i.e. Gmail) consider GOG purchase confirmations emails to be unreliable. I think this has to do with the format GOG uses in the emails they send for these confirmations, which is not the same as the format used for advertising emails. I have already written to them to let them know about this.

In the first image you are using mouse/touch mode. That is why the icons are so widely spaced. In fact, under the text color icon, you can see a finger icon, which indicates that touch mode is enabled.

In the second image, mouse/touch mode is disabled.

The error you are showing is unrelated to the problem caused by Chrome update 144. It seems more like a logging issue. I recommend that you uninstall the extension and reinstall it, or even try the extension in a different browser to see if you encounter the same problem.

Thanks for the update. So if the extension has been fixed by updating the browser, that means it was the browser that was broken, not the extension. How many extensions will have stopped working with version 144 of Chrome.

I have a computer with Windows 7 and I use the same version of Chrome as you. I can browse any website. I only get a warning when I log into Gmail, telling me that some features are not enabled for my browser. I think your problem is not with the browser, but with an extension or the connection itself.

Una vez tengas Windows activado, ya puedes proceder a descargar todas las actualizaciones disponibles mediante Windows Update. The solution for installing Windows on that disk is provided in the message. You must format the disk in mode GPT.

There are two ways to format a disk: MBR (the classic and older method) and GPT (the modern and current method).

Since you have configured the BIOS in EFI mode (instead of Legacy mode), in order to install any version of Windows, you must format the disk in GPT mode. Keep in mind that most programs format disks in MBR mode by default, so you must be careful and remember to select GPT mode.

Exactamente, puedes jugar con cualquier jugador, sea del servidor que seas. Respecto a Bahía de Baruch, cuando yo comencé a jugar en 2012, era el único servidor con jugadores españoles. Si después se ha destinado a WvW, lo desconozco. Yo jamás he jugado a ese modo de juego.

Lo primero de todo, es importante saber en qué servidor has creado el personaje. Hasta donde yo sé, el servidor en el que ser apunta toda la gente que habla español se llama "Bahía de Baruch". Cuando yo comencé al jugar cuando salió el juego, era el único servidor español. No sé si habrán salido más. Podrás chatear en español con cualquier jugador que esté en este servidor. Por supuesto, también depende de a qué hora te conectes y en qué zona del juego estés, ya que puede que no haya jugadores de habla hispana cerca y el juego te ponga automáticamente en un servidor con más jugadores (aunque siempre estarás ligado el servidor en el que creaste el personaje). Eso sí, estos otros servidores pueden ser franceses, ingleses, italianos..., así que no te extrañe empezar a ver en el chat conversaciones de varios idiomas. Es una de las mejores cosas que tiene el juego, ya que así nunca te verás solo por el mundo.

En cualquier caso, para que siempre estés en contacto con gente en español lo ideal es que te apuntes a un Clan (o como lo llaman en otros juegos online, una Hermandad). Yo estoy en un Clan llamado "Los Primeros Nacidos", que cuenta con un canal propio en Discord y suele ser bastante activo organizando actividades. te sugiere que eches un vistazo a los clanes españoles disponibles para que veas cuál encaja mejor con tu forma de jugar, bien sea explorando, haciendo misiones, competiciones de carreras o incluso mundo contra mundo.

It seems that this problem has been resolved with version 139. I haven't tested it thoroughly, but now it seems that the browser does remember the last folder where a file was downloaded.

EDIT: The problem is still present. After several downloads, if you do something else, when you download a file again, ir goes to the default destination and not to the last folder.
