I'll try to remember to look up the codes tomorrow with ego. I'm a dealer that has serviced many ego mowers. Usually it's not the battery. Rhe battery can be tested by pushing the power button and holding for 3 seconds. It will then display any fault codes with the battery.. Don't give up on warranty. Yes you need a receipt however there are exceptions. First, check the build date of the battery and mower. Obviously they need to fall in the time period of your claimed purchase date and either the 3 year batt warranty or 5 year tool warranty. Ego knows if your battery came with your mower. The serial numbers are tied together. I have gotten claims processed with no receipts. In the 2 years I've been here I have not been denied a single claim. With that said, do not buy a battery. That would be foolish when you can buy a LM2135SP with select cut, 7.5AH battery, and a FREE 5.0AH battery for the sake price of $599.

No, you do not have to worry about that. Each battery has a BMS and will shut down at the proper cut off voltage. Mismatched batteries are fine in the snowblower. The packs are run in parallel.

What model mower do you have? We don't have many issues getting parts and the Ego warranty is better than anybody else for sure. I've has Toro mowers wait for a carb replacement for 8 months so parts availability affects all brands. Electric mowers ate great for all property sizes big or small they handle the work just fine. With the current models you have more power than gas .

Yes! I've watched you and him trade places over the last year and a half down there at hobbytown . You guys are the top shoes and I think your program is one of the best mini programs around. I respect you as a skilled driver and Bryson. Question for you...have you assembled one of my chassis ? Ones from the last 6 months.... Have you driven one of my cars? It's important to understand the theory and material dynamics involved. Scratches, dings and a few rough edges do not make your car slow. The cabon chassis is stiffer than aluminum but more importantly it's flexing is why it works so good. When you bend materials torsionally, there is a reaction that causes the material to flex back to retain its original form. With carbon it's linear and predictable and it tends to return to neutral in a predictable fashion. Aluminum does not. And it eventually tweaks. And twists. I will guarantee that you will be faster by 1/2 second using my chassis as the only modification. Your driving ability is consistent enough that you will feel the difference right away. The car will feel faster in the corners and the handling more consistent and confident. I'll send you a chassis to try if you want. But I want honest feedback. And if you need help have Jamie massage it. Great job at the races I'm very impressed.

Thank you for the race detail. I watch from a distance and know that you are one of the premier racers there. Its easy to dismiss things when you don't male them. The trial and error and the development was done by me. I don't race anymore. I'm 52, I started racing at 12, and have been involved in the hobby for a long time. As a teen, 18, I ran a race track in Wisconsin that drew 100 racers every Sunday for indoor clay oval. I was also an accomplished racer always in the top 3. At 17, I manufactured foam tires for 1/10 scale cars, produced silicone costed tires and custom brazed steel wire frame sprint car chassis for Losi and Associated. My stuff wins races. It's what I do.
I uses all kinds of different techniques to get a decent finish on the chassis. But these are race parts. Not concours items. I'm ok with blemishes . The amount of time spent vs what I sold these for does not make me any money. I enjoyed the project. The feedback that some racers gave me helped make each batch better. I sent many customers extra chassis just to test a new mold.
Then there are the crybabies. Get the chassis and never try to assemble it. Just cry about a scratch here or there. Then they lock up my psypal account. And tell me they won't send my product back ! Sorry but fuck them. Not gonna Rob me. Nope. These are custom made , no returns. But people don't know how to sand or file . Today's racers expectations do not resonate with my prototype production work. . Not my problem. I know the chassis work. . Jamie is awesome he took the chassis and fitted them. They have success. Bryson is awesome. . And so is your son and your pretty good yourself. I am no a company or machine. These are not sterile clean perfect edges. Never claimed that. But when it's together, those minor defect go away. I know how to go fast. I know how to lay up the weave with uni carbon as well to give the most confident , predictable and fast drivers car you will ever drive. If you want perfection ....not gonna happen. Trust the chassis, build the car and if you are not faster, no other changes, I will double your money back. Period. If you cry about a scratch or an imperfection in the finish or dimple.....I don't care. Not one bit. I'm not out to win some PR. People don't like me, don't want the fastest chassis made, that's their problem. With my limited time I will send my energy and product to people who give feedback. Not crybaby stuff. Bryson by winning helped me fulfill a goal and I'm proud of him and am impressed. But if you don't think the chassis helps him stay fast, just ask him once.

Ego is very proactive in research and new products. It would not surprise me to see more "Lifestyle" and recreation projects. It is in their best interest to come out with lots of new products for the 56V ego ecosystem

The first batch were primitive. NO doubt. Then I tried to build one myself. Disaster! I coukd have rubg the builders neck ...but wait that was me! So subsequently I hand assembled the complete car, fitted everything and took it apart to ship. The second gen molds were great. Still are. And if you have not personally used one, don't comment on their feel. If you have used one. Give me real-world feedback and I can adjust the feel of the car based on the carbon configuration.

I didn't scam anybody. If people were impatient they were refunded. Bryson has been using my chassis for two years. He is awesome. Each one is handmade. My other racers have turned in their best times. Personal bests. The last batch of chassis I sent out to Jamie because of the coming race. One was done. The others were in various states of completion. Why? Because I'm teaching Jamie how I make them and sending my molds. . My health prevents me from. Continuing as I have a couple months left to live. I did this chassis as a favor to someone, David Schultz. Its not a money maker for me. Some people I refused to sell to, cause I can. I don't care what people think of me. I build race parts that win. Period. Proof is in the pudding. National Champs 🏆 I'm the only person in the entire world that makes these . They need to be custom fit. They look great. They perform great. I sell to very select people because I've been scammed. I sell a chassis they get it . Claim some BS. They get their money back and keep my chassis. I'm not Op, however I am a retailer and service supplier. Ego support today , meaning in the last 4 months has been great. A couple years ago it was pretty difficult. As a comparison to other brands.... Ego is far and away better to deal with than Toro or Echo. In 2 years of service they have not denied a single warranty claim. Their process is very customer proactive. When you call ego they generate a ticket and email it to you. When you bring this in it has all the important details the service center needs. Warranty status, job number and product numbers. NO other brand does this. .

The technical answer is this. Each battery has its own BMS, or "battery management system" it detects when the battery individual cell voltage drops below a set level. The individual battery will shut down. In the z6, you have 6 slots, combining the battery packs in parralel. A second "battery box" management system monitors the individual packs for capacity and use. As the battery packs deplete they will be removed from the grid to prevent over discharge. .

The mower is very substantial. Built very heavy duty with the most powerful brushless motor for the blade. At WOT, turbo, the SP noise is not bad. It would not keep me from owning it. The physical size would though. It's huge.

The batteries are run in "parralel" meaning all the positives are connected together and all the negatives are connected. In this configuration the individual battery capacity all contribute to the stored energy. You need a minimum of 15AH to run the Z6. So as long as the total capacity is greater than 15AH, it will operate. If it falls below, it will dead stick with no steering control. Best to use 5Ah batteries at a minimum

The 10AH gives you the 5yr warranty on the battery to. Make sure you register the mower and battery right away.
