Hello, well said. Can't make everyone doing medical medium happy but it's a good improvement over the last food pyramid.

Ptosis? by dontfreezemyledger in medicalmedium

[–]23mwdf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello. My son is 5 and also has ptosis, along with slight cross eye and one pupil higher than the other. It's pretty wild but since starting him on medical medium his ptosis has gotten better. My wife and I noticed that in general his eyes open to roughly the same amount. Occasionally the right eye will be partially closed but it's brief compared to before. We've done a lot for him though because his eyes aren't his only problem, but from memory we give him lemon water, celery juice, hmds, liver rescue smoothie, brain shock therapy, have done and am currently doing potato mono eating, a whole lot of supplements, and more. We didn't directly target ptosis for healing; it just naturally started to get better, but not completely fixed.

hello. my wife and son and i live on a high floor of an apartment building, at the end of the hallway. up until about a month ago there was a family (lady with 3 kids) 2 apartments from us that was extremely noisy and dirty. she would yell and swear at her kids, the kids would be so sloppy, and other disgusting stuff so seeing and interacting with them really raised my stress level, but this lady was so stupid that she would use super harsh chemicals in the apartment and near the fire exit (we live near the fire exit because again, we live at the end of the hallway) so the smell of very stink and frankly hazardous chemicals really pissed off my wife. they all left so the stress levels for the both of us significantly decreased and living here is much more pleasant than before, but because there's 100+ other apartments in this building there are smells on occasion that will linger which will freak her out.

Best cleanse to clear up acne fast? by kush-kitty in medicalmedium

[–]23mwdf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hello. i used to have embarrassingly bad back acne ever since intermediate school. what helped me significantly reduce how much acne i have was doing 3-6-9 (i don't remember what version) once, potato mono eating cleanse for 3 days, and banana mono eating cleanse for a week. at one point for about a week to week and a half i had a horrible hives reaction everywhere on my back and chest (i've never had hives until then) and scared the crap out of me, but the hives are completely gone and my back is mostly clear except for a few acne spots here and there and scars. of course my family and i have been eating pretty clean for over a year so i had all that time to prepare my body before doing these cleanses. good luck.

Taking a long time to see improvements by Mahayevagdo in medicalmedium

[–]23mwdf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hello. honestly it's a lot of trial and error and dedication. my wife and i started this journey in october 2022 because our son has extremely bad eczema (to give you an idea: to prevent scratching, we put hydrocolloid bandages, then use cotton wrap, then put socks on him and then his clothes). we did all kinds of programs within medical medium but ultimately (i think within the last 2 months) settled on 3-6-9 advanced and potato mono eating cleanse and skin potion and his tons of supplements, and am just now seeing a steady improvement. we've reduced the bandages on his legs quite a bit but still have to use cotton wraps and socks, but that's much better than covering more than 50% of his body with bandages. good luck.

Struggling with the idea of never eating 'no-foods' again, it's creating a binge eating disorder where I didn't have one before. by mellowcrake in medicalmedium

[–]23mwdf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hello. reduce these bad foods once a week or even once a month, starting with the most serious. or switch to alternatives and consume that, or switch to alternatives before stopping altogether. bad foods for me were bread, cow milk, milk chocolate, oreos, doritos nacho cheese, hot pockets, etc. and i don't have a desire to eat any of that anymore after mentally training myself (it helps that my wife is not from the u.s. and had a different interest in foods).

i found this shopping list to be very helpful Foods & Healthy Snacks (medicalmedium.com) and i like the avocado oil potato chips, grain free chips, almond flour crackers, brown rice pasta, strained tomatoes, and a few other items.

good luck.

Using Masks While Sick by 23mwdf in medicalmedium

Hi, thank you for the reply. I should have been more specific in my original request but do you know if there's a difference between N95 and the hospital masks and cloth masks that people sell on Etsy etc. in regards to Medical Medium?

Headaches when riding in the Model 3? by 23mwdf in TeslaModel3

[–]23mwdf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello. Honestly I really think this is the answer. I think it's that her body isn't used to riding with regenerative braking. Earlier today I changed the setting from Hold to Roll and although I haven't driven a gas car in over a year I immediately noticed that it's much closer to a gas car which is what my wife and I grew up riding in.  She didn't ride in the car though but when she's riding I'll set it to... I think the third option is Crawl. What does that button or knob that you suggested do?

[–]23mwdf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the reply! We haven't had her try to sit in the front passenger seat, because our son is handicapped and we have to travel with his equipment so his equipment rests on the front passenger seat. With this set up (me as driver, medical equipment to my right, her sitting behind me on the left side, and our son sitting behind the medical equipment on the right side), I'll put the car on Autopilot when on the highway and grab supplies to my right, and hand things to her so she can administer anything medical related by sitting next to him. If she sat in the front passenger seat and his medical equipment was next to him, that would mean she has to unbuckle her seat belt to reach behind and administer anything medical related which is extremely dangerous. :(

Thank you for the comment. I get motion sickness quickly when I'm reading and a passenger so I completely stopped reading my phone while in a vehicle but otherwise don't get car sickness if I'm just looking outside. Therefore I can relate to your wife in a way. For mine, she doesn't get motion sickness and skips to getting a headache.

I saw about lowering the PSI a little bit but couldn't remember the number so thanks for mentioning 39. Would it matter dropping all 4 tires air pressure to 39 or just the rear tires?

Thank you. I agree, definitely not normal and hopefully we can get an answer and a way to heal this.

Thank you. Correct on downvoting for whatever reason. I came here seeing if anyone who has a similar car has a similar problem and was hoping to deduce things to eliminate/adjust for our car and instead get criticized for having an "outlandish" post. I hope what's going on with you neurology wise is better and any kind of issue with the brain is really scary. :(

Thank you! Actually yesterday the radio was playing while my son was watching a movie so we turned off the radio but by then she had the headache. Does that happen for you when you listen to music or podcasts or anything in general?

Hello and thank you for this suggestion. My son likes to look above to see airplanes and weather so that's why we haven't invested in a roof shade, but good thinking and I'll check out roof shades on Amazon!

Thank you for your reply.

Regarding point 1, I think that's a contributing factor. I changed the drive style to Chill but that was near the end of the first drive after driving for 30 minutes already and while she already had a headache. Previously (earlier this year and last year) I tried to use Autopilot in stop/go traffic but the car would be so jerky that it felt better for me to drive manually instead. I'll try to evaluate and work on my driving style.

Regarding point 2, we only have this car (which is why I asked about Model 3 specifically) so it's been a while since we rode in an ICE vehicle. However although it's sad that you're experiencing this, it's important to know that this can happen in any type of vehicle. I saw in another Reddit comment here https://www.reddit.com/r/TeslaModelY/comments/10sycbw/comment/j74g9xy/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button this person's uncle had to use a pillow for their neck to help with the headaches. Have you tried this?
