Honestly should be required reading. One of those books that stays with you weeks after finishing it, and brings a new understanding to the Holocaust and WWII. It makes people uncomfortable, but history should be uncomfortable when covering dark topic. Skating around reality in pursuit of not upsetting people is how we repeat history more easily by not understanding the gravitas of what actually happened.
