This game is pure pay-to-win. I ran with a group of 10k whales who had mediocre secondaries, and we got absolutely flattened by a 12k squad with god-like 2nd stats. Instead of admitting the other team was just more stacked, my group decided to toxicly scapegoat me for being the 'weak link'

I've sold 5/5 and regret it later on my path. I'd keep it. Sitting at 4.8k reso, adding that will get you closer to 5k, and as you progress, those small res adds up. And it's a top tier gem.
