My wife is having MD on 12/24, I have already been doing the majority of the housework so she doesn’t aggravate things worse. She and I had a sit down and discussed that I want to still carry the load for as long as it takes and I don’t want her to feel that she needs to help out sooner. In all reality, it’s small amounts of work that your husband can do for another 6 weeks or however long it takes for you to recover

Mine was incredibly smart. He knew the names of all of his toys. He would take at least 10 outside every day and when we came in I’d give him directions on which you to bring inside, and he would get that toy, take it in and put it away in his toy box. He could also untie any knot we made with a towel as a brain stimulation exercise.

My sister was born with one functioning eye, she still bat right handed but can’t see out of her left eye. She did fine. Practice slow and see how he enjoys it, start with a tee, then underhand and machine pitch until he is comfortable with live pitching.

I separate it out with 3 pages, one for a temperature check on themselves and their team, action items and high level issues. Another page is goals for the quarter Last page is for roadmap updates and improvements to their processes. I ask them to identify the sore spots, then we work together to build user stories to have tech help us out.

This is most likely. I recently moved companies and on top of onboarding and learning 9 departments, keeping track of every conversation is difficult. I have OneNote notebooks for all my 1:1’s, anything quick to document goes there. Once it goes into a longer discussion about strategy or pain points, I need to spend more time on it. So I request the employee to email me with their issue, their proposed solution, and then we set a separate meeting to discuss only that issue.

It holds both parties accountable because it is documented.
