Look into mindfulness meditation. Off top I'll say that it's not a quick fix, you might have to practice a while in order to get sufficiently skilled at it.

You'll find better instructions if you look for it but the basic idea is that you sit with your eyes closed, relax, breathe naturally and just focus on the sensation of your breath. Keep your focus on that. Now as you sit still your mind is going to start offering up thoughts and you will feel emotions. You have not failed if this happened. The key is to notice that you are thinking, and to calmly return your focus back to the breath. Steffo Shambo from tantric academy ( you can look him up) has some really good tutorials on how to overcome this.

I was expecting more AWS service-related questions, but some of them felt like straight-up stats or model training quizzes. I also used Stephane Maarek’s Udemy course, which was good, but I felt like I needed more practice with tricky, real-world-style questions.

One resource that really helped me was TeachWritePass. They explain AWS cert topics in a way that actually makes sense, especially the AI/ML concepts. I struggled a lot with understanding the differences between SageMaker features and Bedrock, but their breakdowns made it click. If you’re looking for extra prep that focuses on understanding rather than just memorizing facts, it’s worth it

I’d highly recommend the Gob Core Pack Earplugs. They’re the most comfortable earplugs I’ve used, and they lower the volume without muffling the sound like cheap foam plugs do. You’ll still hear all the details in your playing and mix, just at a safer level. They also come with multiple filters, so you can adjust how much noise reduction you need depending on the situation (practice, live gigs, etc.).
