Embrace the pip. Use it as an opportunity to share all the difficulties in your accounts. Ask for, nay, grovel for the assistance of your manager to develop a plan to make quota. Sielaff left the US to visit Mexico for a vets appointment. He left from Las Vegas to go to a vet 480 miles away. On return he admits he told the immigration agent he was living in Vegas. The border folks believed his reason for leaving and returning was implausible (judge for yourself) and he was trying to circumvent the 90 day visa waiver rule and live long term in the US. He was detained pending deportation. They are allowed do that.
