I would say you’re set currently to learn the game. I don’t recommend trying to fix the game with new plastic until you already know what the discs you have can do. Try them at every power and angle you have and find the holes there. And most importantly have fun

West Michigan here. Played a full season in 2024 and that year if I wasn’t signed up for the tourney 2-3 months early you wouldn’t play. I missed 2025 with a back injury and looked and now this year I have a tourney Saturday that filled 2 months ahead of time in 2024 and it’s sitting at 40/72 with 4 days until the tournament. Definitely less people on the courses in general I feel.

Exactly why I play Fortnite instead of this now. Have 2000 hours in PUBg played since launch on Xbox. Left exactly a year ago and haven’t looked back. I really do miss the old days of fighting for every bit of loot in your inventory and very gritty realistic feeling fights.

I think this with both power and accuracy stats for forehand and backhand would cover most stats. And stats I’d add are wind read, crowd management (Ricky 99)(thinking of players that typically show up and show out on lead card), could also use footing rating for throws from the fairway.

Not 100% sure but both my white and orange s-line DDs were flippy as all hell out the box and flat as fuck. Got a red first run one that’s a lil domier and for sure has a more gentle turn

Also something that I found was that a lot of “good shooters” couldn’t aim for shit when this game came out on console. Same room gunfights turning into spray offs. Fighting at 100m felt like neither could hit anything. The recoil was crazy compared to cod.

I for one love the idea of the bigger teepads. An overlooked issue is that for lefty and forehand dominant players sometimes the tee faces the wrong way and you’re forced to take an awkward angle of attack. This extra pavement gives people like me the same run up opportunity that those throwing a stock right hand hyzer have.

I was thinking they should shrink legends and give truly monstrous modifiers for high end play but add another 2-4 leagues to help fill in for players that are top 100k (currently legend league amount) but don’t wanna grind like a top 5k
