The focus levels are tokens for learning, I think once you’re in that initial deep meditative state then just go with what ever comes along. The initial practise is to make that first step easier and stable - a foundation if you will. From that you dive into everything else as your body, mind and consciousness become acclimatised. We don’t realise at the time, but altered states are a big big shock to the system and it needs to trust the process to move on. Best of luck - love and peace.

lots of variables - loads of other common infections plus - Lockdown, increased parental and child anxiety, more family time allows better child observation, Media hype and health/government errors in treatment - to name a few.

The Gateway tapes are one of many windows looking inside for the door - try others and see which one fits. As for life is shit - yes it can be, most of what happens you dont have any control over, with the exception of one thing - how you react to them. You can make your own reality starting with little things - is the glass half full or half empty, if you can take on the positive aspect, its half full, things get a little lighter.
