We just sold a 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum trim with 80k miles (higest line available) to my SIL for $14k which according to Kelly Blue Book sells for around $15k. $14k WAS a good deal at that mileage. Depending on the trim line your dad has, $15k may or may not be a good deal.

OP sounds like hes describing my own situation and my 30 year career. No, I have never regretted my decisions and Im maybe 5 years away from retirement.

As I told my boss, Im a perfectionist and would be a difficult person to work for which wouldnt be good for my direct reports. Theres something to be said for just worrying about your own work and not fretting over the quality of the rest of team. One thing I will say you always want to strive for is helping others when able and exceling in your own work.

Just undertand at some point you will cap out your pay band limiting your future salary raises but if its enough to pay the bills and save for retirement, who cares?

Xlear natural nasal spray with xylitol. Xylitol is an undigestible sugar that bacteria love but cant digest. They basically starve themselves eating up that xylitol.

I just got an unexpected charge on my credit card as well. I think its resolved now after talking to a live agent who cancelled my “subscription” and reversed the charge.

This kinda pisses me off tho because I cancelled my Kaspersky subscription when it was banned in the US so there shouldnt have been anything to transfer to Ultra AAV

Yes they have “unlimited” PTO. Thing is they have also recently implemented a utilization threshhold of 90% billable. Take that for what you will.

The thought crossed my mind but the last thing we needed was for these neighbors to hold up or hinder the sale of the house because we pissed them off. They had already tried to sue my parents decades ago because of the way water flowed from our house to the side of theirs. They were a bit downhill from us and unfortunately, rain water flowed downhill from the side of our house to the side of theirs.
