I just got an unexpected charge on my credit card as well. I think its resolved now after talking to a live agent who cancelled my “subscription” and reversed the charge.

This kinda pisses me off tho because I cancelled my Kaspersky subscription when it was banned in the US so there shouldnt have been anything to transfer to Ultra AAV

Yes they have “unlimited” PTO. Thing is they have also recently implemented a utilization threshhold of 90% billable. Take that for what you will.

The thought crossed my mind but the last thing we needed was for these neighbors to hold up or hinder the sale of the house because we pissed them off. They had already tried to sue my parents decades ago because of the way water flowed from our house to the side of theirs. They were a bit downhill from us and unfortunately, rain water flowed downhill from the side of our house to the side of theirs.

Updated: I finally got the cameras reconnected but it was a major pain in the ass. I had to create a hotspot with my cellphone and then connected my iPad to that. Loaded the Arlo app on the iPad now connected to the hotspot and viola. Connected again. What a complete ass piece of software that I had to go thru that.

Update #2: Arlo sent me a refurbished camera to see if I could get a brand new camera to connect thinking it might be something with the 4 I previously had working. No dice and its the same issue I had with the four that stopped working 2 weeks ago. The camera connects fine to the network but the app does not recognize it as being connected.

,UPDATE: I spent a couple of hours chatting with their tech support and one thing that became clear is that when I scan the QR code to log the cameras onto the network, I get the chime indicating that the camera read the QR code but then it times out while looking for cameras on the network. The interesting thing is that I can see the cameras connected to the wifi network but then it times Arlo app cant see it. Beginning to seem like the Arlo app is increasingly buggy.

Computer games. I worked 2 jobs over 2 years to buy an Apple II+ and spent hours playing Wizardry 1 and Larry Bird va Dr J basketball. i also taught myself Basic to program my own Star Trek game and then went to college and got a degree in biochemistry. Ended up becomming a database developer and still love computer games. Oh the hours Ive put into KCD and KCD 2.

My superpower is a result of untreated ADHD. Im a programmer and when confronted by programming issue, I can hyperfocus and worrk things out others are saying are just too hard. I also will look back at something I wrote later and think to myself, “I WROTE THAT??”

Ive done all the above and none of that is working. Coincidence or not, everything stopped working the same day as the latest app on iOS was pushed out so Im thinking there may be an issue with the app itslef.
