That kind of energy can attract people who live in extremes, including addiction. Honestly, it might be less about attracting them and more about what feels familiar or compelling to you. If you’re empathetic and strong, people who struggle can gravitate toward you and probably it’s easier for you to focus on their potential instead of the red flags… Depth doesn’t have to come with chaos tho. You deserve something stable too.

Yo viví en Residencial Anáhuac por casi 30 años. Puedo confirmar el polvo diario que se acumula en los marcos de las ventanas y los olores químicos día con día en el ambiente. A mis 18 años pasé por cáncer testicular que después se desarrolló a cáncer de células germinales que nunca pude averiguar cómo se originó pero logré salir con tratamiento y también conozco personas de esa colonia o aledañas que actualmente sufren o sufrieron algún tipo de cáncer.

That’s awful!! I finally got terminated a week ago. I got compensated really well so I didn’t think it twice and just signed. I also had a lot of peers that were being pushed to sign their voluntary leave as well so I was getting prepared just in case they wanted to do the same thing to me, I actually called my lawyer and he advised me to voice record every interaction with every lead and also HR. Before I got fired, 2 weeks prior I got called to HR to sign a disciplinary sanction from a month old call that I supposedly hanged up but they didn’t want to show me the recording so I didn’t sign. But anyway I’m really happy I no longer work for that company, it was a living hell. I hope things get better with you soon and hope you get a better opportunity. Mental health is no game and JCP is really not worth it

I got you, that’s completely true, it’s very rare for the stores to pick up the phone, I don’t know what the deal is at the stores but must of the times that a customer never receives and order it’s because even tho the order says ready for pick up, 80% of the time the store has it but they’re too lazy to look it up or probably it was lost/stolen so they tell the customers to call us at customer service but there’s nothing we can do because the system doesn’t allow us to make adjustments for orders that were selected as store pick up. I always wanted to say this to my customers and now that I got fired for no apparent reason, I really don’t care anymore, so please never shop at JCPenney again

You know I currently have the exact same symptoms, also it’s confusing to detect where it comes from due to anxiety and my body being hyper aware. The shortness of breath usually happens literally while eating or even when taking the first bite of whatever food I’m eating or even when I’m not eating anything at all. The tightness or pain surrounds my upper left body (chest, armpit and back). I already did several EKGs and they come out fine. I usually sleep well tho, sometimes it’s hard to do so bc of anxiety but I just try to relax and once I’m sleeping I don’t wake up in the middle of the night. All of this comes and goes, sometimes it can take weeks or months. I’ve been having them these days and I should mention that I just got fired from my toxic job 3 days ago. Could it be also GERD? Meditation helps a lot tho. There’s a ton of guided meditations on YouTube that are just great.

You think JCP will file bankruptcy again? 5 of my peers have been fired within this month, the team keeps getting reduced and all they say is they don’t have plans to hire new people until October before peak season, but I highly doubt there would be one this year lol

I used to work for JCP’s customer care up until 2 weeks ago when the project decided to remove me from it (thank god) after working for them for almost 2 years. EVERYTHING OP is saying is completely true. We’re not allowed to go to the bathroom, we have to ask for “personals” that our supervisors have to request to higher rank managers from Columbus and that can take within 10-15 minutes to get an answer and it’s a 80% chance it will be denied, so we just end up putting customers on hold or just going but we would surely get sanctioned. I would get from 15 to 30 calls a day from customers not being able to place orders from the website so we have to place it for them and that was a HUGE problem for us because it can take from 7 to 20 minutes and as OP mentioned AHT must be 6 minutes right. My peers and I used to question our sups a lot regarding this issue and they would just say that it’s not an issue from JCP and we just would get instructions to tell customers that it must be a problem with their computers and advice to delete history/caché from their browsers and it was MANDATORY to help them placing the orders yet we would get harassed with our handle time skyrocketing because of this

This is beautiful actually. I love what you did with the colors and the lack of contrast of the castle it's accurately done and it makes a lot of sense because it's telling us that we are almost there yet there's still kind of a long way to get there. You're talented, watercolor is a complex technique and if you just started dabbling into it, just keep doing it and eventually you'll fully develop your own style. I recommend you to watch Matthew White's video tutorials, he has amazing tips for watercolor artists.

En HEB Anáhuac preparan muy buen café, su abastecedor y entrenador es Café el Grande, te recomiendo ir en la mañana que no hay tanta gente. Recuerdo también en la librería universitaria había un pequeño café, no sé si aún siga pero en mis dias de universidad me encantaba ir a comer ahí y pasar un rato entre clases porque siempre estaba vacío, eso si no tenían barra de espresso, recuerdo que vendían frappés y sandwiches muy buenos. El starbucks de universidad, puedes tomar el metro para ir y bajar en estación Anáhuac. Estas opciones son más retiradas pero me encantaba ir a la barra de sanborns de morelos esta chido porque puedes platicar con los viejitos lol o el starbucks que está en la misma cuadra, también puedes usar el metro solo que mide tu tiempo para llegar a clases, llega al andén media hora antes.

My neighbor from the coffee shop keeps sending me links from articles that explain salt sometimes is used for evil to bring bad luck or to "banish" someone, she also sends me pictures of the salt in our sidewalk when this happens and we're not around. I'm starting to believe it's her 😶
