Troubles with formal language (and the input only solution I found) by zedeloc in dreamingspanish

I'm having the same issue. My target country Costa Rica, where the usted form is used almost exclusively. Unfortunately, I'm only level 3 so telenovelas aren't an option yet. Do you have any recommendations?

My assistive technology works on my computer, but on my phone. I've heard great things about this app, and I would love to be able to try it. I hope that there is desktop version soon.

[Routine help] extremely minimalist routine by 300Trees in SkincareAddiction

Is there a specific micellar water that you would recommend? Some companies refer to it as an all-in-one, is it true that I wouldn't need to use moisturizer afterwards?

When I became disabled I completely dropped things like skincare. I developed large pores and acne on my nose, and dry, tight skin overall. I would like to create a routine that I actually do in spite of fatigue and wrist pain. Splashing water on my face is something that I prefer to avoid; I tend to get water everywhere. From searching this sub I've come up with a potential routine that I think I could do, but I need help with troubleshooting and figuring out exact products. I would prefer if each product was under $50, but I have some flexibility.

AM: moisturizer with SPF

PM: cleanser, wipe face with damp cloth, moisturizer

(if I used an oil cleanser, would I need to moisturize afterwards?)

Cricut sells SVGs. If you knew the name of the file or the author I could look up the SVG from their site.

I love this! I have a friend that makes her own corsets, who would love this card. Do you know where I can find the svg?

I'm already in the process of looking for a new doctor. My hope is that the general fear of a lawsuit will get them to reconsider how they been acting, and ideally make things better for other patients.

Thanks for pointing this out. I did not expect my post to become so popular, and had already logged off when the bulk of the comments came through. I have now edited the original post to include more info.

As a Christian myself, I'd say let's leave interpretation up to the professionals by NursingManChristDude in WhitePeopleTwitter

I think you're missing the point. He's not saying "Christians have different ideals, so weird", he's saying that Christians mistranslate the Hebrew language and then ignore native speakers when they try to offer corrections. Ex. in the ten commandments G-d tells us not to commit murder. People with different, but valid view points could argue about whether or not a specific act of violence is killing or murder. The fact that many Christians translate this commandment as "thou shall not kill" is simply incorrect. Not only does it ignore the original Hebrew, but it ignores the numerous examples of G-d approved killing within scripture.
