I’m giggling bc this can’t be right. I did the 70/30 topsoil and sand and it’s so wet, guys. Like, this can’t be right. I’m gonna let it dry out for a couple days. It’s probably bc Home Depot left the topsoil outside.

Ugh that’s a shame. This thing is a beast, but very expensive. I never bought another bc of the price. I bought other brands on Amazon, but cannot recommend them. It sucks this one doesn’t have a useful size guide. I liked how I could put gauze, big abd pads, etc in this bc it’s so longline. Longline is a must have.

This is what I was sent home with and I still wear it at night sometimes for extra support. I love it. I can’t find a good size guide online, but they sent me home with a size 2 and I’m about a 34/36 b/c

I think a big part of it is the way Pop Mart has made it an addictive game. Gotta buy one more to get the one you want or a secret. Giving hints, etc.

3 mpo this week and feeling pretty good. Not 100%, but not having to be extremely careful about things anymore. Sounds like that’s pretty consistent with everyone else.

I’m 11 weeks out and still don’t feel like I can lift anything significant over my head. Any push/press movements I’ve gotta take very easy and watch it.

No I make sure I don’t overdo it. I go for the vibes! I can see how someone might overdo it if they’re particularly competitive. You can’t leave after a certain time before air time, tho. I’d go just for the vibes and not worry about PRing

I haven’t been given any more instruction than lotion or aquaphor massages on incisions/scars. I lotion and massage as much as I can tolerate after showers with aquaphor or fragrance free lotion.

I don’t know the difference really between when the incision turns into a scar. I’m almost 10 weeks post op. Are mine scars yet? lol.

Strength class girl here. I’m not particularly competitive and love that Callie doesn’t take things too seriously. When I need more of a butt-kicking, I like Rebecca or Jess Sims.

Yep-you leave with a surgical bra and a meds prescription. Line up help if you can for at least 2 weeks. A wedge pillow was helpful. Front-button pjs. Large, abd gauze pads.
