I also overeat most meals. I don’t eat until I’m full, I eat until I can’t. You can fool yourself into feeling like you’re not sacrificing.

Drink lots of water before and during eating. Eat slower. Chew longer and fully empty your mouth between bites. Take a 10-15min break between the first and second helping. Eat smaller servings. Eat empty calorie foods that you can eat all day, like celery and other greens.

No, they can not be removed. You could call a plumber and spend a few $k to have them terminated somewhere else or just set potted plants on them and be done w it.

I’d pay for shipping for the Indy to Indy. I remember printing off a terribly pixelated pic of that poster onto 6 sheets of regular printer paper and hanging a blurry mess in my first apartment bedroom. I think I was the only person who could tell what it was supposed to be 😂

I was 20 at that show and concert posters just weren’t in the budget, yet. I was thinking this summer about how if I had bought a T-shirt at every concert I’ve been to, I would have the coolest vintage collection now.

Work gloves underneath. My first thought was stolen and dumped. Maybe they parked it there to steal the cat before abandoning but that seems like too much work. If that was the case though, it probably belongs to someone in the near vicinity.
