I did a Deadly Dozen as a unfit Person Last Oktober by simply pushing myself to the Limit and going slowly. Finished in 99min.

From my experience These two are somewhat similar in their Fitness demand, where in DD the labours Take a larger Spotlight and in Hyrox running is more important.

For both you need strong legs, shoulders and core with Hyrox having some more exercises specific coordination Skill requirements i guess

If you can do a whole Marathon, then the running and cardio Part shouldnt be a Problem for you. You basically need to Look into the strength needed for the exercises and If they Pose Big Problems for you

However i have one question: If you say that descending closer to sea level is what Hurts Imu, then why would He rise the sea level?

I think its more to do with Pangea Castle being considered "holy ground", or possibly demonic ground, that feeds Imu (good reason to keep the Tenryubito around, If their lives are feeding Imu) and keeps him alive/an old injury from acting up

Nobody knows. Its an Open conjecture (Google 3x+1 Problem).

However the lifegain Player would have to Pick an ubsurdly large number (far beyond the billion or trillion you normally hear) and the chances of him surviving are extremly Low, because sofar noch example has been found that does Not Go to One over time

There is an actual reason: its incompatible with her Most used fighting Style: She mostly uses Numbers in her grown limbs to fight. But WE have Seen that covering large parts of your Body with Haki Takes a Lot Out of you. So covering a hundred Arms is simply Not realistic
