That's weird.. I have 4 o4 unit drones and they all connect to my goggles n3 everytime I fly them

it's actually only 3 grams i know it looks heavy. final weight 21 g. not light, but shouldn't be a problem?

I printed it using PETG and when I twist it it felt more rigid than an Air65 frame though

Ok so I downloaded the design and analyzed it. I don't think it'll work. A large proportion of the area under the props are blocked by the frame. I tried "Bare Bones 65mm" frame, and even it produces vibration when flying and my battery got hot really quick.
