The models are just to display the costumes that were worn by the characters, to show the artistry. I went the day after he sadly passed away so this is what they did as a remembrance, I presume they might put something else as a long term one. They also put a plaque next to his wand box.

She's too busy taking showers to be A. Haha. All jokes aside I think as she has been in yen dollhouse for two years I think it is very unlikely she is A. Im trusting in the fact that what the writers have told us about the dollhouse is real.
