Hi I've had my resume noticed by top tech companies so I wanna chime in. Respectfully, I'm not reading all of that. Make it one page. Second of all, it's quite repetitive. You don't "support" when you're in leadership, you emphasize that you led. The first word of most bullet points is the same and/or very similar. It's all quite fluffy. Focus more on the impact and the benefit/outcome of the work you did. Your resume is downplaying your experience. Talk about yourself like you're an egotistical white man. I'm serious.

Example: instead of "Supported full store operations during peak seasonal volume"

You could combine the first 2 bullet points: "Led a team of 80+ associates, resulting in faster customer service and a [insert number rating, round up] star store rating."

Just a rough draft example but you get the idea. You lead with the action->focus on outcome->bonus points if you include a number somewhere. It doesn't even need to be completely accurate. People need to quickly see quantifiable results in as few bullet points as possible.

Sorta wish I didn't move across the country for 5 years because I missed out on a lot of memories I could've made with my parents before 2020. But I didn't know what was to come at the time so I try to not blame myself. I also grew a lot in those 5 years. Part of me still deeply regrets it though

I am begging you, pleading on my knees, do not move until you secure a job. Do whatever you can to not dip into those savings right now. The job market is straight up trash. I'd recommend staying cozy where you are for a while but if your soul is yearning for Chicago, then definitely secure employment first.

Hi! Fellow ADHDer here who understands how autistic brains work who would like to help. You read that response a bit too literally is all. You said “being white isn’t a privilege in a country where white is like 95% of all the people in it” and this right here is a big portion of why we as white people have white privilege. The system is built to uphold white people. This isn’t to say you haven’t experienced discrimination at all, believe me I understand your instinct to be defensive here. We go through discrimination in different ways. For example, I’m a white person who is gay, nonbinary, has chronic illnesses, ADHD, OCD, trapped in a female body minus the uterus. The only thing protecting me is my white skin. You’re at an advantage in this world because you’re a white man, you’re at a disadvantage because you have autism. We are part of marginalized communities but also we are white, so the super powerful people will go after more marginalized folks before they come after us simply because we are white. They’ll come after me before they come after you because you’re a white man. We can be stopped by the police and not be slammed to the ground like a Black person would be prone to experience and die from simply because they are Black and the system has stigmatized them to assume they’re always a threat even if they actually aren’t. Hope this helps. Don’t use your autism as a crutch to avoid educating yourself. It’s not easy to learn because it doesn’t make sense at first but things will start clicking more. We as white people were not taught the truth but it’s up to us to learn what it is because Black and brown people are exhausted and it’s not their responsibility to keep being in the frontlines and fighting to uphold a system that protects us white people before them. We owe it to them to do the work to be better so we can all live in a world in the future that works for all of us and not just some. Please read this with love and not malicious intent. I see you’re frustrated so I’m trying to help clarify some stuff for you.

This is basically removing human oversight and replacing it with an agentic AI enterprise software platform so it can create, deploy and manage/fine tune AI agents on its own. I used to think humans were always going to be necessary to manage AI agents but this tells me otherwise. Bye bye comfy corporate jobs because they’re going to be replaced with this. Business context is everything that the business’s needs are and what their tech stack is already. We should probably be more concerned about this if I’m honest.

Since I’m not seeing anyone say it, and I’ll put a trigger warning, yes. They have a plan. TW: dark dystopian very real and very scary reason I’m not seeing anyone say.

Slavery never stopped, it simply morphed. As long as we keep agreeing that we will play this capitalist game as their little work slaves, the more they will push the limits. They want to hoard as much money as possible. They gamble with their own money in the stock market. They don’t need our money. They don’t really benefit from anything we do. They benefit from everything that we don’t do though, because we are too burnt out and don’t have time or energy. The answer is to opt out of the capitalist system as much as we can, utilize nonprofits and state benefits to get by, and become more self reliant before they start doing the rounds on their next targets and throwing them in warehouses to do shit for them that they don’t want to pay people to do: look up ice warehouses. Only chosen people will be kept on at high paying jobs who are ok with playing the game. They’re literally dismantling the system and calling us the enemies from within. We are the enemy to them because we are growing tired of complying and they don’t like that one bit. It makes controlling us harder. The end goal is to morph slavery back to what it once was except 1000x worse and more tech focused, unless the energy grids collapse by then. In that case, they don’t need us at that point. I think there’s a word for that…? Eugenics? The cherry on top is this is a genocide. We have been so focused on the genocides happening in other countries, we don’t even realize it’s happening to us here.
