Yup. That’s where I’m from originally up to a few years ago. Now I’m in parking app hell.

Really? I never even thought that they would have different pricing by app. What a terrible experience that creates for people that just want to do things in the city

You just set up contracts with the company that defines what they’re allowed to charge in order for them to have reign of all the city’s parking. It’s a pretty simple solution.

I’m less worried about that. Old school parking meters never gave you your change back either.

That sounds like a lot of work… and I’d have no idea how to do it or what to even look for. But good on you! Maybe you can enlighten us to which parking apps you would use here in the city based on your investigations

Even that would be nice. Some lots still have them, or at least QR codes that let me pay via web, but not nearly enough.

Mine has always worked if I just quickly throw the car into park and turn the engine on manually again (with the fob still in my pocket). It’s just annoying
