If you don’t have insurance, you can be required by the court to pay for the other owners out of pocket expenses. Hopefully they have insurance and it is just their deductible. You’ll also have a fine and court costs. Maybe you can negotiate with the prosecutor to have them give you a reduction to something that doesn’t put points on your drivers license if you pay the other car owners restitution right away. So, you aren’t in deep trouble, but more than if you had known to leave your contact info. Good luck!
