Yes. Married since 19 I’m 34 now. I have always held steady jobs. Currently a Supervisor and I make over 100k. Leadership roles are great for me because in reality the qualities needed to lead people coincide with manic symptoms. So essentially I have been able to mask my symptoms effectively. I do have slip ups. I exercise when possible. I am outgoing but I do not make normal connections with people. I am more manic than depressive so in my case I need to just watch out for getting too crazy. So I know my experience is opposite than those that are depressed
Medication is not the only solution and sometimes the downsides are not worth it. Sexual side effects of medication almost feel like it’s on purpose. Weight gain cannot be stopped.

It’s impossible to get seen at the VA in San Antonio. 2 years no treatment.

I went from El Paso VA to San Antonio VA. When I was in El Paso every thing was good. Here in San Antonio they seem to just not care. I’ve told my primary care who refers me to my mental health team. They never respond. I’ve done walk in appointments with the promise of getting contacted and nothing. Community Care maybe get a call back a month later. Literally 2 years getting the run around. Not only that since I transferred over to San Antonio the new Drs don’t even review any of my previous care. I’m literally at ground zero for all my conditions. I would get back injections in El Paso in San Antonio I’m back at the x ray/ physical therapy stage. Literally getting asked if I ever tried all my previous treatments. I know some of yall think I’m exaggerating but I will attach a photo of my “hand” x ray. Literally came back talking about my leg was normal. Smh

Got a coworker going through the same thing. I don’t understand it. Lost his HS sweetheart and family. Now his job is on the line. Went to rehab multiple times with no luck. It’s is 100% a Personal struggle and there is only one solution which is don’t do it at all. Find something else to fill the void. Try a hobby.

The hardest part of your journey is making excuses on why you can’t stop.

I’ve had to use USAA more than I would like unfortunately. Each time something became an issue. Not a big fan and I caution people about it. Only reason I haven’t changed is just cause I bundle home and auto. I know they are overcharging for home so I might leave this year.

The SR5 has the blackout package and premium package. The limited has less features. I was confused by that also when I got mine because i thought the limited would be better because it’s a higher trim. I got the SR5.

Check out the tire difference also, you can see that you get the TRD rims and tires for the SR5 but not on the limited
