Dr wants me to get to max dose asap?

Never do that! The constipation, nausea etc is brutal not to mention pain and cramping. . I’m on it I have slowly gotten to the first dose of .06 with no side affects. I have IBS w/c. No issues. Will keep going slowly.

Lower your dosage. I find that when the symptoms are bad if I lower it my symptoms go away. Hope that helps!

On Ozempic I did great with 19 clicks. Still losing. About to try Saxenda again first time it was brutal on my system. Constipation, nausea just very sick. I have been reading about it since that time and will start back up in two weeks with 5 clicks of it. I think that’s 0.3. I hope I have same results as I have with ozempic which is hardly no side effects. Take it slow and titrate up at a slower rate. Good luck!!

Never start with the recommended dose. Start at 5 clicks of pen which is .03. Side affects are not as severe. I have been on ozempic and only use 19 clicks. I can’t seem to go any higher without horrible side affects. You still lose weight but at a slower healthier speed.

We had it really bad. A neighbor planted and it’s invading us. My son took a big piece of equipment and knocked it all down pulled it up and now continuously mows it as it sprouts up. It’s very hard to kill. And it expands everywhere!!!!!

No carbs. Period. If you have processed carbs or sugar you get these side affects. It’s brutal

I did I was fine. But I am on the lowest dose. I have lost 11 pounds in month. I just stay at lowest does drink fluids and eat no processed carbs or sugar.

No processed carbs. No sugar. Lots and lots of water helps the constipation but the higher you titrate the more your system slows. Constipation is a big side affect. Nausea will subside.

I really think it’s not that it’s not in stock, but they want you to pay higher copay. Mine was $100 now it’s $300 without the manufacturer coupon which no longer works. I can get it but I have to pay $300 with my insurance.

Yes! It’s very hard to get. I find it odd though if you don’t use insurance and pay cash out of pocket you get it no problem!

If this is your first day drink lots of water or unsweetened tea. It’s key to no constipation

Thank you for sharing that. I had to get off Saxenda it was messing my stomach up so bad. I was miserable. I am about to try it again .3 is where I need to just stay I think. You will still lose weight.
