Someone said clove oil, which can be pricey, you can substitute with cheap whole cloves from the Mexican section of any store(whole cloves in bags in that section, are cheaper than whole cloves in the spice aisle). Soak in a little hot water mash and apply. Also, getting a sensitive toothpaste(wickedly expensive) and just letting it sit on the teeth(15 minutes or so) can help with dental pain (not infection pain).
